Types of injection moulds offered



1. Fully hardened production moulds in H13 or 1.2316

2. Pre hardened production moulds in P20 1.2738 or 1.2738 High-Hard

3. Prototype tooling for short batch limited production in OHNS or 1.2311



These moulds are offered with appropriate combination of options from following systems



Feed Systems : Hot , Semi Hot or Cold runner(direct or pin-point gated) and Reverse moulds

Release Mechanisms: Side cores , in-cores, splits , lifters , collapsible cores, replaceable cores

Ejector System: Pin , sleeve , blade , stripper plate, bumper and by using Air

Cooling Systems: Drilled channels, milled channels , baffles , heat tubes , beryllium copper cores and 3D printed inserts/ sub-inserts
